This Washington Quarter was struck 70% off-center on a Philippines 10 Sentimos planchet. This is an exciting combination of a U.S. coin struck off-center on a foreign planchet.

Recently, in a Heritage auction, a Lincoln Cent struck off-center on a foreign planchet sold for over $2,500.
