An intriguing triple mint error. A half dollar (not the present piece) was struck normally but failed to fully eject. It covered a majority of the reverse die when the present piece was fed in between the obverse die and the off-center coin. The strike indented most of the reverse of the present coin with the obverse of the previously struck coin. This is a unique combination of an off-metal Franklin Half that was struck off-center with a 50% brockage reverse.
