This is one of over 20 known mated pairs. Some are mated off-center, some are mated obverse and reverse die caps and some are very wild and dramatic mated pairs that do not fit in the PCGS or NGC holders.

The off-center Kennedy Half Dollar is at a 90° angle and is mated to an indented Kennedy Half Dollar. This off center does not fit in a PCGS holder.
